Oliver Tai, MD
Dr. Tai is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Critical Care Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency, Nephrology fellowship, and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at the University of Washington and its affiliated hospitals.
Since 2008, Dr. Tai has been caring for patients in Everett, WA. He currently serves as Medical Director at DaVita Everett Dialysis Center, where he oversees home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs, and as Associate Medical Director at DaVita Pilchuck Dialysis Center, which provides in-center and peritoneal dialysis care.
His clinical interests include hypertension, electrolyte disorders, chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, dialysis care, and kidney transplantation. Dr. Tai is an active member of the American Society of Nephrology, the American College of Physicians, and the Renal Physicians Association.
Recognized for his excellence in patient care, Dr. Tai has been named a “Top Doctor” in multiple years. He was also honored with DaVita’s Core Value Award for Fulfillment in 2016.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Tai enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Seahawks, and playing ultimate frisbee.
