Inpatient Nephrology Services
We are proud to serve as the primary nephrology team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, one of Washington’s busiest hospitals. Our physicians provide comprehensive inpatient kidney care, hold medical directorships, and lead quality improvement initiatives across nephrology and dialysis programs.
We also provide coverage for other nephrologists, ensuring seamless, around-the-clock care for hospitalized patients with acute kidney injury, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, and transplant-related issues.
Through collaboration and leadership, Snohomish Kidney Institute sets the standard for inpatient nephrology care in the Pacific Northwest.
Outpatient Dialysis Care
We offer complete and personalized care for patients requiring dialysis—from preparation to long-term management.
Our dialysis services include:
Dialysis Preparation: Early evaluation, education, and access planning.
Ongoing Dialysis Management: Regular monitoring and coordination of treatment.
Peritoneal Dialysis Leadership: One of the highest peritoneal dialysis rates in Washington, supported by dedicated patient training and follow-up.
We partner with DaVita, Northwest Kidney Centers (NKC), and Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC), where our physicians hold multiple medical directorships.
Transplant Care
We provide continuity of care from referral through long-term post-transplant management. Our team cares for patients in coordination with regional transplant centers, including the University of Washington Medical Center, Virginia Mason Medical Center, and Swedish Health System.
Following transplant, we continue care through close monitoring, immunosuppression management, and long-term follow-up to support lasting kidney health.

Remote Blood Pressure Monitoring
Our Remote Blood Pressure Monitoring Program helps patients with hypertension achieve better control and improved outcomes. Using secure, connected devices, patients can record blood pressure readings at home while our team reviews results in real time. This allows for timely medication adjustments, early intervention, and personalized guidance—all aimed at preventing complications and promoting better kidney and heart health.
Medical Education and Academic Leadership
Snohomish Kidney Institute is a regional leader in training future physicians. We serve as the precepting group for Washington State University medical residents at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
